We’ve missed you!

At North State Ayurveda we sure have been busy preparing for an exciting spring! We have spent the winter months rooting ourselves into our new location and preparing for the fresh growth and revival that springtime has to offer.
As we focus on decluttering our homes and tackling our never-ending spring cleaning to-do lists, it is important to remember that spring is also a natural cleansing season for our bodies.

 Book a Body Therapy

Once it begins to get a little warmer, the human body is longing to flush out toxins accumulated from heavy cold-weather foods, holiday overindulgence and a general downshift in the exercise department. This is why we often have the urge to eat lighter as we shift into the new season, a natural sign that our body is communicating with us its desire for a well-needed reboot.

Renew, Rejuvenate & Thrive

A new season deserves a moment to treat yourself, so why not cleanse all parts of your life this spring to achieve a true sense of relief, renewal and clarity?

An Ayurvedic Consultation or Body Therapy can buffer your health and protect your well-being for the coming months and beyond.

If you're ready to give your body the boost that it needs to conquer the transition from the dormant winter months into the beautiful sunshine of springtime, consider booking a bodywork session with us and you will receive a complimentary Spring Cleansing Kit that will be sure to make your soul shine!

Are You Ready?

“A well-lived day is medicine unto itself.”

Kitchari is the Ayurvedic prescription for cleansing. A mono-diet of kitchari resets the entire system. The beauty of it is that no matter what your imbalance is, kitchari will help to balance it. It is tri-doshic, meaning it balances all three of the doshas. Kitchari is a simple dish made of spices, mung beans, and rice and it is used in Ayurveda to heal all that ails.
